Students at gateway schools to building and construction will have many opportunities to visit construction worksites and see first hand how life in the building and construction industry works.

By training in a real work environment, students will be benefited by learning on the job skills and attributes to make a successful transition from school to work, increasing the number of young people being offered SATs or fulltime work.

The development and implementation of contemporary industry relevant curricula across a range of schools provides students with up to date information and training.

By developing strong industry - school partnerships, students gain access to an array of contemporary industry focused facilities. This supports the knowledge, skills and attributes required by industry.
